For the ladies, dalam2 byk2 shopping, shopping apa yg best? Hehe to me, shopping kasut la paaaalllliiiinnnnggggggggggggggggggg suke! :P haha yes, sanggup ikat perut sbb nk kasut. Hihi xlah, perut lagi penting. :P ok2, selain dr shopping kasut, shopping toiletries sgt best. because it's for urself, utk penjagaan diri sendiri. One trip to Guardian/Watsons, bole abis beratus. wuwuwu but ini a few months punye stock la, but sometimes I ended up buying stuff yg x pakai pun, tersadai je atas meja sampai berabuk. Beli untuk tgk je kot? ;)

My favourite place to shop for my toiletries is at Guardian, KLCC. Besar and usually semua bende ada je, xdela nak out of stock or whatsoever. But kadang2, compare jugak pricing between Guardian and Watsons sbb sometimes ada yg ada promotion meaning cheaper price. :) Oh kene pandai berjimat cermat ye, nak kawen. oopps. haha nanti ni ade la gossip kluar.. wahahaha :P

Nway, ari2 went to KLCC coz mau beli toiletries. Bought all the basic stuff, shampoo, dental floss, yada yada yada. But the purpose nak beli these two things.....





As recommended by my cousin, Wawa, she said that her eyebags dah kurang. Jadi, I have to try coz my dark circles and eyebag sgt horror ok, sila tutup muke anda bile tgk muka saya. :( huhuhu anyway, this product ada massaging roller which helps natural draining with immediate cooling effect. Once u roll under ur eyes, rasa sejuk je. :) And it contains caffeine which help to freshen up and overcome fatigue and it has pro-vitamin B5 that gives ur skin hydration.  I started using it on August 10th, jadi mari kite countdown if the product really works! :) btw, the price when i bought this is RM22.70 coz masa ni tgh sale, not sure br percent, but I think not more than RM30 pun. :)




Selama ni mmg JARANG sgt pakai body lotion. Before this pakai The Body Shop's Strawberry Body Butter, ni pun org bagi. :P so status body butter ni, masih di tahap 80%. hehe nway, kesimpulannya, dah xmau pakai yg ni sbb it smells kinda funny, ke sbb dh lama? I chose the latter. :P



Ok, so bile dalam Guardian tu bykla body lotion, sampai rambang mata. Kalau bole nk amek semua, satu utk whitening la, satu utk extra moisture la, satu utk calming..hahah x ke bole pening nak pilih? :D I've been reading some blogs yg recommend Vaseline's Moisture range. But frankly speaking, I don't really like the smell. I bau satu2, and hmmm, don't think I wanna put that on my skin. I believe Vaseline is a good brand, but the smell, saya x suke. Jadi trus la skip to another brand. Try bau Nivea jugak, hmmm, masih tidak gembira. Lepas tu I tried Johnson's Bodycare's range. Actually this product range is new. Selain untuk moisture, ade untuk whitening, calming and anoher one tak sure, and semua smell good. :) I chose 24 Hour Lasting Moisture Body Lotion coz since I'm always duduk dlm aircond. Dalam kerete (driving je keje), now in the office, then tdo pasang aircond lagi.  But seriously, first time pakai je, dh nampak hasil, my skin mmg lembut and lembap. Meaning its true that it gives u 24 hour lasting moisture! :) Yippeee.. so worth it! Oh ya, the lotion contains shea butter, Vitamin E and Jojoba oil (all the goodness for moisturization). I bought 200ml coz nk try dulu, so after this bole beli yang besar yg bole picit2 tu, hehe. :) The price for 200ml is RM10.20 (I think, but not more than RM11). Oh puas hati! :)

Went to The Body Shop later to get my make up base. This is my 4th All In One Face Base. Been using this for 2 years. I love it so much, coz mmg x tebal, it is so natural on ur skin. Tak kan nmpk mcm u pakai tepung kt muka. Furthermore, it's all in one base, so ade foundation + powder. Senang, x payah la nak buat keje dua tiga kali. Jimat masa makeup! :) During the day, for lighter coverage, u bole pakai as it is, but if nak extra coverage cket, u can wet ur sponge with a bit of water. My advise, guna separate sponge for dry and wet usage. Jangan sekalikan, nanti yg wet sponge tu confirm lagi cepat bakteria merebak. Oh ya, cuci ur sponge at least once a month ok. Hygiene is important people! :) I'm using no 4, semua skin tone pun berbeza, so u can ask the beauty consultant, which one suits u better. The price is RM75 only. Go and cuba if u r looking for a new face base. :)



Ramai jugak kot yg pelik tetibe ckp psl beauty products, well, as I'm getting matured (ayat lain utk saya dh makin tua, LOL) haha, penting la nk jaga kesihatan, kecantikan diri supaya awet muda selalu. wah gitu! hehe another tips, senyum2 selalu and ketawa la selalu. When u feel good, u will look good. seriously. :)

Muka cantik, badan putih gebu,tangan lembut, rambut wangi, gigi hari2 floss and gosok. KAKI jaga x? ye, yg anda gunakan utk berjalan tu. :) hehe

Before this I never really care about taking care of my feet, well, reason nye, sbb kat bwh, xde org nmpk kot. hah! salah, nmpk je sebenarnye, tp xdela org nk tegur "Eh, kaki kau mcm org tua la" or "Your cracked heel is so terrible" kan? kene la pandai2 jaga kebersihan diri, betul x? :)

So back to me. hehe. I x penah kesah whether kulit kaki kering ke ade cracked heel ke, hard skin ke. But one day masa pegi umh org (kenduri kawen kot). Kan kene duduk bersila kan dlm umh. Masa tu la baru sedar yg kaki ni sbnrnye dh horror. huhuhu malunye, try cover ngn kain baju kurung so org x nmpk.. huhu but ni citer dulu la, a few months ago. So now, to me, pentingnye jaga kaki so that kaki sentiasa cantik, bersih and lembut. hehe. :)

Masa mule2 discover cracked heel mmg sgt teruk, I tried Scholl's Cracked Heel Cream. Scholl is a well known brand for foot care. Seriously, pakai dlm 4 or 5 days, cracked heel dh ilang. Yeay!  But have to use it everyday tau. Jgn skip. Lepas dh hilang cracked heel tu, stop using it, coz cream ni utk hilangkan cracked heel je. As soon as skin returns to normal, berhenti gune, ok? ;) I x igt price brp but roughly between RM15 - RM19.




Then lepas cracked heel dh elok, u must gune product to ensure cracked heel x jadi lagi. So I survey the product utk foot care. I bought Scholl's Rough Skin Remover as it instantly removes rough and hard skin, activates cell renewal and reveals soft and smooth skin. Bare in mind that kaki tu byk daki, u pakai kasut berpeluh, and pijak macam2 lagi kan? jadi penting utk scrub at least 2 times a week utk buang dead skin cell. Awal2 dulu rajinla nk buat twice a week, lama2 jd kurang rajin cket. hehe so I buat seminggu sekali, tp kalau rajin 2 kali la. :P Anyway, this product ada natural pumice & fruit AHA's. It smells mcm buah, wangi! and texture dia mcm facial scrub, tp the stones besar cket la, yela, kata nak sental kaki kan? hehe make sure ur feet kering, then sental la ikot lama mana nk sental. :D lepas dh scrub, basuh ngn air. Then lap kering2. Lepas basuh ni kaki rasa kesat cket. normal. Oh ya, the price I x ingat, but maybe around RM17 - RM22. Rasanye la, hehe. g tgk kat pharmacy eh! :)



Lepas dh scrub, kenela pakai cream utk kaki. Nk bagi lembut and wangi. hehe I'm using The Body Shop's Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue. Masa beli ni mmg beriya la, sbb rasa kaki ni mmg kene rescue pun! haha drama queen! :P This cream contains cocoa butter, peppermint oil and grape acids that soften hard skin and help prevent dry cracked heels. YES, itu yg kita mau! :) and of course, bau peppermint la!! wangi sgt, I love it! Ni pun pakai 2 times a week, after dah scrub kaki tu. Selalunye I scrub before tdo (mase gosok gigi la) then before tdo, sapu cream kt kaki pastu ZZZzzzzzzzz.. hehe :D This Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue is priced at RM49. Sgt worth it! Tapi do check out The Body Shop's outlet, sbb kadang2 diorg ade promotion (Peppermint Foot Scrub + Pumice stone + Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue + Peppermint Foot Spray). Not sure about the price, but definitely cheaper. I've tried the foot scrub before, but I don't think it's effective enuff.

Sebenarnya kalau nk buat ape2 pun, yg penting kene rajin and kene disiplin kan diri. Cakap mmg senang, eh, mmg senang. Tapi kadang2 kite ni baru betul2 usaha sbb bende dh jadi, btul x? like me, dh horror betul baru nk cari solution. But it's never too late to do anything. So start now darlings!
