macarons penyek
last friday try buat macarons. walaupun x minat nk makan, try jugakla sbb ramai sgt yg tanye x buat ke macarons ni. huhu nak buat macarons ni sgt byk step. kalau korg tak pecaye, pegi la google any macaron recipes, then u know what i mean. confirm korg mengeluh. CONFIRM! :D Ramai bakers yg tak succeed bile try buat macarons for the first time. ade yg sampai berbelas kali try, baru dpt the perfect round shape and the perfect taste. Nak buat kene ade the right ingredients and the right tools. wahhh mahal punye barang! sbb tu la macarons ni dijual dgn harga yg tinggi sbb payah nak buat oi....hehe.
So i've collected several recipes utk dicuba, tetapi nk buat tu ntah bile la kan. huuu hari tu pegi to my supplier, dia bgtau ade macaron mix yg perlu campur ngn air je. Haaaaaa! biar betul??? senang la tu kalau campur air je.... :P so i bought a pack of the macaron mix coz i want to try. :D TETAPI, hasilnye mmg le x cantik, merekah, shape mmg out, rasenye ade seketul je yg betul2 bulat, tapi leper.. T_T huhuhu tgk la gamba2 kt bwh ni to get a better picture..hoooooo
1) add the macaron mix with 50g of water. and i add pink colouring (of coz la pink...duhhh :P)

1) add the macaron mix with 50g of water. and i add pink colouring (of coz la pink...duhhh :P)
2) Using a piping bag and round nozzle, pipe out into round shapes. but as u can see above, my round shape dh jadi mcm shape ape dah. huuu..
p/s : kene gune parchment paper or SILPAT (i think) to get a beautiful bottom. SILPAT is way better than parchment paper. (mengikut experience bakers yg lain)
3) The oven temparature is 150 degrees (as instructed on the packaging). Baked around 20 - 30 mins. but it turn out a bit uncooked. so i guess the temperature bole naikkan sikit.
selepas dibakar. Penyek and merekah. urghhh
ni yg dh siap. i used cream & mascarpone cheese for the filling sbb ade extra buat topping for red velvet cake. hehe :P kalau x nak buat chocolate espresso filling. *yums* :)
ini je la yg paling ade rupe macaron. hahahahhaah :P
I brought the macarons to office smlm mase preloved sale tu. semua ckp sedap. huhu rupe je la yg x seberapa. hahahha mama pun ckp sedap. licin wey, satu pun xde yg tinggal. muahahahah so should i try baking these macarons again? ;)
