Resipi : Tomyam

Kalau nk masak lauk yg simple, tomyam is the best way to go, sbb campak2 je semua dlm periuk. :)


 TOMYAM

Ingredients :
400gram  Daging/Ayam/Udang/ Sotong (Cut into small pcs - utk daging or ayam)
1.5 litres  Air
2 cubes   Kiub Tomyam  - I use Knorr
1 1/2       Bawang besar (sliced)
1             Cili merah - sliced, remove the seeds
5             Cili padi - tumbuk sikit
1             Serai - tumbuk sikit
1             Tomato - Cut into 6 or 8
3 sticks   Celery
1             Daun limau
Sedikit garam
Sedikit Santan (optional)

How To :
1. Rebus daging + air + kiub tomyam sampai daging empuk.
2. Masuk bawang + cili merah + cili padi + serai + tomato + celery + santan. Biar dlm 10 minit, then masukkan daun limau and garam. Biar dlm 5 mins then rasa. Kalau ok tutup api.Kalau tak ok, adjust garam.
