Dapat recipe ni dari my darling friend Mal. Thanks for the recipe babe! Suka sbb tak manis sgt. :)
Bahan A :
8 tbsp milo (bancuh dgn 1 cawan air panas)
125g butter
7 tbsp susu pekat
3 biji telur grade c (kalau grade A or B guna 1 or 2 je, or xnak guna telur pun xpe)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Bahan B :
500g biskut marie (pecah 4)
Cara - cara :
1. Campurkan semua bahan A kecuali bancuhan milo dan masak atas api.
2. Rasa2 mcm dh sebati masukkan bancuhan milo.
3. Masak sampai pekat (nanti mcm meletup2) pastu tutup api.
4. Biarkan sejuk kejap. Time ni bole la pecah-pecahkan biskut marie.
5. Pastu masukkan biskut marie dlm mixture td and gaul sampai semua kene milo tu.
6. Guna 8inch x 8inch pan (yang dah disapu dgn butter so nanti senang bila nak keluarkan dari pan) dan masukkan mixture dlm pan ni.
7. Mampatkan mixture, tekan betul2, guna aluminium foil and tekannnnnnn.
8. Tunggu sejuk pastu potong. But I like to keep it in the fridge overnight so that lagi keras sikit.
