Hey ho love! :)
I'm back in KL! :) I had a pretty good raya so far and I believe more great food are coming my way. Ahaha :P
I made this yummy and refreshing popsicle for out hot weather. Such a refreshing treat! Read on if you want to learn how to make them.
p/s : I basically throw in what I believe is a good combo, you can change it up how ever you want. :)
Sabby's Kiwi Creamy Popsicle
Serving size : 5 - 6 popsicles
You will need :
2 cups of milk
2 Zespri Green Kiwi
2 tbsp fresh yoghurt
1 tbsp of lemon juice
3-4 tbsp of honey
How To :
1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into the popsicle holder evenly.
3. Freeze them for 8 hours or more. I let them freeze over night.
4. Enjoy!
Tips :
If you find it hard to take them out from the popsicle holder, pour warm water in a bowl and put in the popsicle holder for about 15-30 seconds. Your popsicle should slide out easily. :)
The popsicle is creamy, sweet and refreshing at the same time. You can play around with the ingredients, maybe add fruit juice instead of milk. Or you can add sliced kiwi instead blending them all up. Be creative, the sky is the limit! :)
Till then,
xoxo,
Sabby Prue
