Assalamualaikum and hello lovelies!
Earlier this month I was invited to a tea party with the organizers of World Hijab Festival Malaysia 2014 to find out more about this 2-days festival. The first ever World Hijab Festival Malaysia 2014 is organized in the aim to help Baitul Fiqh, a shelter home in Subang to raise funds to cover the costs needed to run and take care of the shelter home. Baitul Fiqh is a shelter home founded by Ms. Haliza Halim takes care of halfway home for girls and also for women facing social problems such as domestic violence and drug addiction. The event will be held on this coming Saturday and Sunday (19th and 20th April 2014) from 10am till 7pm at Zebra Square (the same row with Al-Rawsha which is situated at the Kampung Pandan roundabout). The 2-days will be filled with activities such as fashion and styling session, talks on empowerment, love and respect and as well as a charity bazaar selling new and pre-loved items, food, drinks, arts and crafts. Make sure to drop by at Zebra Square if you are free this weekend, I might be there on Sunday! :)
