LEFT :
Neon lemon lime green shade that's shimmery and gives you a satin finish. It's buttery and easy to blend out. When I was using it, I do notice a slight fall out but it's very minimal. You might think when the heck will I ever use a neon lemon lime shade on my eyes? Well I thought the same way too because girl you know I'm more into earth tones and neutral shades for my eyes. But, the fact that it is easy to blend out, you can always sheer it out and I find it it gives my eyes something extra, a nice pop of colour without being too overpowering.
RIGHT :
Icy lavender shade that is so gorgeous, oh my gosh! It is a very light purple shade with shimmers that glides smoothly on my eyelids. It is the same consistency as the neon lemon lime shade and it does gives a satin finish. This shade is perfect for eyelids and definitely the perfect shade for highlighting your inner corner and under the brow bone. Love!

The name Malacca totally blew me up. I would never thought NARS would actually named the eyeshadow after one of Malaysia's states. Anyway, Malacca is describe as iridescent peacock which if you ask me is the perfect description for this shade. Malacca sorts of changes it's colour when you look it at different angle. In my point of view, it is a green shade with brown and purple base to it. As you can see from my swatch above, the shade transform from green into brown as I dragged it further. It is shimmery and easy to blend out. I would say the texture and result is the same as the Tropical Princess's texture and consistency. My take on this? Totally beautiful, this would be perfect on it's own or mix it up with other shades.

EYE MAKE UP TUTORIAL
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So today I want to show you a day look that I created by using Tropical Princess and Malacca. Who says you can't use neon lemon lime during the day? Of course you can! I make it work by applying the neon lemon lime light-handed. Want to know how it turns out? Keep on reading! :)
Starting off without any eye makeup. I didn't apply eye primer as well.
In the Tropical Princess Eye Shadow, apply the neon lemon lime shade on your crease. Start from your outer corner and bring it towards your inner corner. Only on the crease and blend well.
Using my flat shader brush, apply the icy lavender shade on my eyelid. Do not overlap the neon lemon lime shade.
Taking the Malacca eye shadow, apply it at the outer corner of your eyes and creating a slight 'V' shape. Bring the shade towards your crease and blend it till half or 3/4 of your eyes.
Apply the icy lavender shade from Tropical Princess on your bottom waterline. Use Malacca from the outer corner of your eyes till half way of your eyes. Smudge it out.
My winged liner is compulsory so of course this is the way to go. *haha*
Apply the icy lavender shade from Tropical Princess on your inner corner and underneath your eyebrow for highlight. Finish it off with mascara on your top and bottom lashes, and there you go, a totally fresh look! You can always intensify the neon lemon lime shade by reapplying the shade on your crease (near your inner corner). This is my super easy look that you can achieve with these two gorgeous eye shadow. :)
So what do you think? Are you up for these eyeshadow? I believe it's always a good thing to experiment new eyeshadow colour on your eyes. It somehow lifts up my confidence. ^_^ I have another review and demo coming up on the NARS Larger Than Life Bimini Lip Gloss to complete my make up look. The full face will be revealed in that post so please stay tuned. :)
