Heart To Heart : Happiness is Contagious

Assalamualaikum and hello.

I feel like it has been so long since my heart to heart talk. Yeah, besides my wedding series, that is. How are you girls (maybe guys?) doing? I hope everything is fine with everybody and I am doing great too, just a bit chaotic because I have to alternate living in Klang and Ampang. Our house Insyaallah will be ready by middle March, I just can't wait to properly settle down. Going back and forth is very tiring. But hey, I am not complaining, I just can't wait to start baking again and make the new house our new home. :D

Anyway, this is sort of a random post as I have certain feelings that need to be expressed. I do notice that beauty bloggers community has grown so so much since 2014. I don't know how to categorise myself as a blogger as I still consider myself new in this field. Yes I started blogging in 2008 but those old posts were more personal and I always considered my blog as a personal diary. Came along 2012, I started reviewing products that I bought on my own, yes, no sponsorship and whatsoever. Who would've thought I find joy in reviewing beauty stuff? Like seriously. I have no idea that I can actually get beauty stuff and even payment in return of reviews. It's like a dream that I can support myself through blogging which is surreal. Do you know why it's a dream? Because blogging is my passion, blogging makes me happy because I get to express and share about things that I love. I always been asked what do I want in life, what life motto I lived by. It's simple, "I JUST WANT TO BE HAPPY". Happiness comes from all sorts of angles. I'm happy because I have a great family, a loving and caring husband, wonderful friends, I have my 7 cats that I adore, I have Allah and I am doing something that I love as my career which is blogging and baking. I am truly blessed.

Girls can never have too much makeup. NEVER. :D

That is why I always encourage my friends especially my blogger friends to go for their dreams, do things that make them happy. Being happy is just not about materialistic things, YOU HAVE TO BE HAPPY FROM THE INSIDE. This is an advice from me as an 'older sister'; FIND YOUR HAPPINESS AND YOUR LIFE WILL FALL INTO PLACES. Don't get me wrong, I am nowhere a great blogger. I am still learning everyday, still struggling in writing, ahhh the obstacles is endless. But you know what, all the hard work paid off especially when I have my readers telling me how my blog inspires and motivates them, how they love my writing and they always look forward to my next posts. I can't even tell how grateful I am to have all my supporters. You girls are the best! <3

I just would like to say this, especially to my new beauty blogger friends. Remember why do you do blogging in the first place. Do it because it's your passion, do it because you are a self-confessed beauty junkie like most girls are,and do it because you are happy doing it. Trust me when you have the wrong intentions, it won't last that long. And the most important thing is, your readers will know whether you are for real or you are just following trends. There is no shortcuts, you need to work from below and work your way up there. Okay I have no idea where this post is heading but I feel like I just need to express how grateful I am to be where I am today, Alhamdulillah. I can't wait what the rest of 2015 has in stores for me! ^_^ Happiness is contagious, I hope I can continue making people around me feel happy, inspired and motivated. And YOU to can spread happiness among the people around you. :)
