Make Up For Ever has always been one of my go-to makeup brands because I always believe in the quality of the products. I have so many products from them that I swear by especially the Ultra HD Foundation, I just can't get enough of it. When new launches come in, heck ya I'm excited! In today's makeup trend, its all about the HD perfection, the perfect flawless effect. Make Up For Ever has evolved from the HD to the Ultra HD range and now the range has just gotten better with the addition of the Ultra HD Skin Booster, Lip Booster and the new Microfinishing Pressed Powder.
Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Skin Booster is considered as a skin care product because it can be used as a serum, or can be mixed with primer or foundation. Enriched with Hyaluronic Acid which is beneficial for moisturizing property. It also contains Collagen Booster for a plumping effect and Argan Oil for smoothing fine lines and any imperfection. I love that the bottle comes in a dropper which makes application easy and hygienic too.
The texture is quite thick and it feels tacky on the skin for a little while. Its glue-like feel somehow gives a layer of film to protect the skin. I guess this is why foundation stays on really well on top of the skin. I also like to mix the Skin Booster with my Ultra HD Foundation, just a tiny amount is enough to make my base looking luminous without being greasy and oily. I highly recommend this especially to those with combination and dry skin as it hydrates the skin the through out the day. Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Skin Booster is retailed at RM175.
Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Lip Booster is a calling for those who constantly suffers from dry and cracked lips. A plus point if you are looking for a plumping effect too. With the existence of Hyaluronic Acid and Loofah Oil in the Lip Booster, it helps to moisturized and prevent dehydration, smoothes lips while increasing the fullness of the lips. I love the wide doe-foot applicator as it is so easy to use, application can be done with just one swipe. It feels really comfortable on the lips without being tacky. The moisturizing effect is 100% works for me as it makes my lipstick sits well on my lips and reduce the appearance of the lines on my lips. I include the Lip Booster as a part of my skin care routine where I would apply it after my moisturizer or sunscreen and leave it on through out my makeup steps. You can wipe it off when its time to apply your lipstick, but I don't do that simply because I love the moisturizing effect! There are 2 shades available, one is non-coloured while another one is called 'Cinema' which has a subtle nude pink tone, I would say it is 'my lips but better' shade. Perfect for days when I don't have my full face makeup on but still want the healthy-looking lips. Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Lip Booster is retailed at RM115.

There are 3 shades available for the new Micro Finishing Pressed Powder ; Translucent (for fair skin tones), Banana (for medium skin tones) and Peach (for tan skin tones). I chose the Banana shade even though it is for medium skin tones and it actually works pretty okay for my fair skin tone (I always think of my skin somewhere in between of fair and medium). But if you are really fair, stick to the translucent shade, just to be safe. Both MUFE Micro Finishing Loose Powder and Pressed Powder is retailed at RM175.

Loving the outcome of my makeup! The powder mattifies my skin without making my skin looks powdery. The powder is indeed invisible! Do check out Make Up For Ever in Pavilion, Star Hill or any Sephora outlet to try these babies out. I love the Ultra HD range before, and I am loving it even more!
