I've been enjoying smaller handbags (crossbody to be exact) because I have a diaper bag to carry. Having a smaller bag to carry my essential items is a life changer actually. Why you ask? Simply because I prioritize what I need and eliminate all the 'might need' items. And of course, having free hands (without the need to hold a handbag) means I'm able to be quick and alert when taking care of Marissa when we are out and about. This crossbody bag from Mizzue is called Alvina Ilardi, is a pretty good size for a crossbody bag. It can fit my camera Sony Alpha 5100 (without casing), my iPhone 6S, my thin purse (for cash and cards), a lipstick and some other tidbits.
The bag is in the beige shade and it goes pretty well with most colours so styling it up is not that hard. I love the boxy structure of the bag and the gold chain strap makes the crossbody looks more elegant. The two-tone flower key charm adds colour and fun into the bag. The gold chain strap is detachable but it would be too big for a clutch though. The material used for the bag is smooth PU leather and it looks well-made. I have no complaints about the craftsmanship. But there are 2 things that can be improved in terms of service. Firstly, delivery took ages! 2 months I think. Maybe the item is out of stock, but still..... And then the bag came in a dust bag only. This is actually quite a turn off because I am expecting the bag to be packed nicely in a box to prevent scratches and broken pieces. I love the bag, I think the design suits me really well and the quality is good but I hope they can improve the packaging and delivery service.
