HealthLand TTDI Deep Tissue Treatment Review

Being a full time mommy of 2 kids and a full time blogger takes a lot of my time. Well not a lot, I think all of my time is dedicated to these two. I never regretted the choices I made because I love the flexibility of working at home while taking care of my children however, I do need some time to relax, unwind and de-stress. And what better way to pamper myself with body massage? *heaven* I finally got some time off from the kids *lol* and my husband let me do my own thing that Monday morning till 2pm so I booked myself to a Deep Tissue Treatment at HealthLand Family Wellness Centre in TTDI. HealthLand TTDI is located in Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad which is nearby the Pasar Taman Tun. Parking is a bit difficult as it is at a hot location but you can always park at the paid parking service at the back of the building. Dekat je jalan, so don't worry!

Please be punctual with your appointment so do come at least 10-15 minutes early as you need to change up your clothes (if you do body massage). When we first arrived (Syafiqah was my date that day), we were served cold pandan tea and then the masseur wash our feet. I think this is just to make sure our feet is clean when they massage our body.

If your massage consists of using oil, you can actually top up RM10 if you want to add massage oil such as Rosemary, Ginger, Lavender and Lemongrass. Lavender oil kinda sounds good, don't you think so?

Then we proceed to the second floor to our massage room and since there were two of us, they gave us the couple room. If you are coming alone, don't worry because you'll be getting your own room. And the 2nd floor is dedicated to ladies only so don't worry as you won't bump into any guys at that floor.

Single room

The masseuse gave me a hairnet and a disposable panty so I had to take off my clothes so that she can massage my whole body. The 90 minutes of our Deep Tissue Treatment was fantastic. My body, especially my shoulder and back feels so much better, it feels light a heavy stone had been lifted up from my shoulder. The ambiance of the room is very cosy with dimmed lights, calm and soothing music. The first 30 minutes, she massaged me without using oil at my pressure point. And then after that she used oil and massaged my body back and front. After she's done massaging my body, she continued with head massage and she placed warm towel at the back of my neck which felt soooooo good! To finish up, she did stretching on my body and the massage is complete! Oh my god, it was indeed one of the best massage I have ever had. The masseuse was really good and I can feel that she has been doing it for a very long time. I would totally recommend her to anyone but sadly I forgot her ID number. *huhu*

I am totally happy with the massage and my body feels so much better. I will definitely request for Deep Tissue Treatment again in the future! By the way, if you don't want to do this treatment, there are other treatments you can do too :
